What do you do when you’re going to a party or BBQ where chicken salt won’t be present… but it really should be?
Imagine a British party where table salt is the best salt? An Australian themed BBQ in the UK with no chicken salt? Is it even a BBQ at all? You need The Party Pack to sort this mess out.
The Party Park contains two branded The Chicken Salt Co. shakers and two bags of The Headliner (100g) to fill them with enough to spare. There are also four bags of The Adventurer (30g) for people to take home afterwards… after exclaiming it’s the best thing they’ve never tried, or haven’t had proper chicken salt for years.
It’s not our fault if they pour the entire take home bag on a plate of kebab shop hot chips late at night whilst trying to find a live stream of the NRL.

Clumping
Chicken salt (like all salt) is hygroscopic and susceptible to clumping by absorbing moisture in the air. It doesn’t affect the favour, just more difficult to sprinkle over food. This is why we use Mylar zip lock sealed pouches for their airtight seal. When it comes to packaging, we remove all the air in the pouch before heat sealing it in addition to the Mylar zip lock to eliminate all traces of moisture… reaching you in perfect condition.
To keep your chicken salt dry remember to flatten your pouch before sealing the Mylar zip lock to keep it protected from moisture. If you’re using one of our shakers, spin the lid to closed after use. If you’re in a very humid environment then place the shaker in a zip lock bag after use to keep moisture out. Adding long grain white rice to a pouch or shaker helps to dry out clumping chicken salt.
Tip
Whilst chicken salt is designed to be shaken directly on chips (and it is exactly as sold here all over Australia) you might find chicken salt has a flavour which is too strong. Mix chicken salt and normal table salt in a ratio of 1:1 for a slightly more gentle flavour.
