Aussie Chicken Salt
The bright yellow salt you remember eating from any local Australian takeaway or fish and chip shop. The real deal, not the powdery nonsense sold in supermarkets.

Whilst chicken salt is designed to be shaken directly on chips (and it is exactly as sold here all over Australia) you might find chicken salt has a flavour which is too strong.
Mix chicken salt and normal table salt in a ratio of 1:1 for a slightly more gentle flavour.
